The Residents Association objectives are:
• to protect and advance the interests of all Beechcroft Residents
on matters concerning housing, the environment, social, and community
life
• to encourage community spirit and to work towards the elimination
of all forms of discrimination
• to promote the interests and rights of all Beechcroft Residents
• to ensure that all Beechcroft Residents are consulted regularly
(see constitution)
• all eligible Leaseholders and Freeholders are encouraged to join
the association
• to preserve and support the facilities and amenities of the area
• to help build a good relationship between Beechcroft Residents
and the Freehold Owner
CoGBRA is run by a voluntary committee made up of Beechcroft residents who are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The association adopted an amended constitution in August 2025. Copies of reports and minutes from past AGMs and Residents meetings can be found in the Member area, here.
